I'm conflicted about this because on a recent trip back to the states I noticed how cheap the food was and how it came in such comparatively large quantities as compared to Europe. Now, if hotdogs and the like were $100 dollars a pop… obesity problem solved.
On the other hand, infusing a hotdog with 100-year-old cognac is madness.
You gotta love conspicuous consumption.
